If you cannot attend, transferring your ticket to a colleague is usually the fastest option.
Event changes
If the event is cancelled outright, ticket holders receive a full refund of the ticket price.
Pocket Events
Reservations released after the cutoff may be reassigned to the waitlist.
Fees
Payment processing fees may be non-refundable.
